  22. Well, Neil was asking about rotoscoping, not mapping. Load an image
  23. sequence (any sequence of images with a trailing 3 digit numeric
  24. specification) as described above. Then specify that sequence to be
  25. the background (Effects window) and select Show Background in the Options
  26. window. You will get a 1bit dithered representation of your sequence
  27. in the layout window. Depending on your imagery, this should be sufficient
  28. for roto-ing to. But higher level color support is really needed for
  29. more involved roto applications.
